100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups 100% Whole Wheat Flour

  • 2 Teaspoons Instant Yeast

  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 3/4 Cups Warm Water

  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, salt, garlic powder, warm water, and extra virgin olive oil
  • Add more water or flour, as needed
  • Knead the dough for 5 minutes and shape it into a ball
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for 30-45 minutes
  • Stretch the dough onto a pizza pan
  • Before adding ingredients, bake the pizza for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Add ingredients to pizza dough and cook for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
