Hawaiian Roll Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls

  • Shredded Mozzarella

  • Pepperoni

  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, Melted

  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic

  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan, Grated

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a small bowl, add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix together and set aside.
  • Make two cuts into the Hawaiian rolls, so the roll splits into thirds. Each cut should be about 2/3 deep (do not cut all the way through).
  • Transfer the cut rolls onto a baking tray that is lined with aluminum foil
  • To each cut, add two pepperoni and a bit of mozzarella
  • Brush the rolls with the garlic butter mixture. Make sure to get the top and the bottom of the rolls.
  • Place the rolls into the oven for 10 minutes
