Hawaiian Roll Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

12 Hawaiian Rolls
Shredded Mozzarella
Pepperoni
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, Melted
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoons Parmesan, Grated
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a small bowl, add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic, parmesan, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix together and set aside.
- Make two cuts into the Hawaiian rolls, so the roll splits into thirds. Each cut should be about 2/3 deep (do not cut all the way through).
- Transfer the cut rolls onto a baking tray that is lined with aluminum foil
- To each cut, add two pepperoni and a bit of mozzarella
- Brush the rolls with the garlic butter mixture. Make sure to get the top and the bottom of the rolls.
- Place the rolls into the oven for 10 minutes
