Keto Crockpot Shredded Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Shredded

  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth

  • 1 14oz Can Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 4oz Can Green Chilies

  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin

  • Salt and Pepper, To Taste

Directions

  • Place chicken breasts and 1/3 cup of chicken broth into crockpot. Turn on Low for 8 hours.
  • Shred the chicken inside the crockpot
  • In the crockpot, add chicken broth, green chilies, tomatoes, heavy cream, chili powder, and cumin. Also add salt and pepper, to taste
  • Stir thoroughly
  • Let sit in crockpot for 10-15 minutes. Then serve.
