100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Dough

2 Cups 100% Whole Wheat Flour
2 Teaspoons Instant Yeast
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
3/4 Cups Warm Water
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, salt, garlic powder, warm water, and extra virgin olive oil
- Add more water or flour, as needed
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes and shape it into a ball
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 30-45 minutes
- Stretch the dough onto a pizza pan
- Before adding ingredients, bake the pizza for about 8 minutes at 350 degrees
- Add ingredients to pizza dough and cook for 12 minutes at 350 degrees
