1 Cup Shredded Mozzerlla
1 Cup Grated Parmesan
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 Egg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
- Place the cheesy "bread" mix on a non-stick pan and shape it into a pizza crust. Top with additional seasoning (if desired)
- Bake until cheese turns brown (about 17 minutes)
- Move cheesy "bread" to top rack and broil for about 2 minutes
